Tim Richard
Director of Manufacturing Operations
Prior to joining Picarro in 2006, Tim served as Director of Manufacturing Engineering and Test Engineering Manager at JDS Uniphase for the Active Components Business Unit. Previously, he held the position of Product Engineering Manager at SDL, Inc. focusing on the management of their 980nm pump laser product line.
He received his B.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois in 1990 and 1994 respectively.
